On March 2, the shredqueens hosted a fine Girls Shred Session and proved again that not just boys know how to shred a park. The girls shredded, laughed and simply had a ball at the heart of the Dolomites. Together with the coaches Carolina Maziero and Steffi Reicht, all the ladies worked on their tricks and skills and eventually progressed big time. Hard work pays off and in legit “La Dolce Vita” style, a hearty meal was waiting for the freestylers – PIZZA for progression so to speak. Make sure to check out the session’s video recap here.

A big birthday and 10 years of freestyle had to be celebrated in a proper manner. The Shred Feast really lived up to its name. What else could you have asked for? A fine spring shred, your buddies around, a tasty BBQ and bluebird skies set the rock-solid base for a rad day! During the birthday bash, we reminisced and looked into the South Tyrolean future and we received the proof that freestyle in Alta Badia is more alive than ever.

In case you weren’t partying hard enough at the Shred Feast, there’s still one last chance to celebrate winter in Alta Badia. The one or the other shape crew member is about to swap their Shape Academy uniforms against thrift store overalls as the annual Vintage Party is approaching! This weekend – April, 6 & 7 – we celebrate the ski season one more time while rocking some retro outfits.
